CHICAGO — Three people have been killed, and 30 have been hurt in shootings since Friday, police said.

Two men were shot in Rogers Park Sunday evening, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

• Most recently, around 5:15 a.m. Monday, a 35-year-old man was shot in West Pullman, Estrada said.

The man was standing in the 13200 block of South Eberhardt Avenue when someone walked up and shot him, Estrada said.

The man was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was listed in serious condition, Estrada said.

• At 2:25 a.m., a 23-year-old man was in a car stopped at a red light in the 10000 block of South Halsted Street in Washington Heights when someone got out of a nearby car and tried to rob him before shooting him, Estrada said.

The man drove himself to Roseland Hospital, where he was listed in good condition with a gunshot wound in his arm, Estrada said.

• Around 12:30 a.m., a 18-year-old man was standing on the sidewalk in the 10700 block of South Wentworth Avenue in Roseland when two men walked up and tried to rob him at gunpoint, Estrada said.

One of the robbers then shot the man in his right shin, Estrada said.

The man was taken to Roseland Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition, Estrada said.

• At 11:55 p.m. Sunday night, a man and two teenagers were shot in Chatham, Estrada said.

The three were standing on the sidewalk in the 8300 block of South Maryland Avenue when they heard gunshots and felt pain, Estrada said.

One of the victims, 22, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center with gunshot wounds in his neck and upper back, Estrada said. He was listed in stable condition.

Two 17-year-olds were taken to Stroger Hospital, where they were both listed in stable condition, Estrada said. One of the teens was shot in his right calf, the other in his left thigh.

Police said all three people are self-admitted gang members.

Before that, two people were killed and eight others were hurt in shootings across the city between Saturday morning and Sunday morning, police said.

A man died and 13 people were hurt since Friday, police said.
