Toni Foulkes, Stephanie Coleman Head to Runoff in 16th Ward

CHICAGO — Ald. Toni Foulkes will face Stephanie Coleman in a runoff election for the 16th Ward seat.

With 92 percent of precincts reporting, the two were the top two vote-getters in the race and will face off April 7. Foulkes had 42 percent of the vote, while Coleman had 36 percent.
