Newport Bar and Grill
LAKEVIEW — Newport Bar and Grill is rolling out the red carpet for its customers with an appreciation party that will feature free tastings and coveted prizes. Bulls tickets, anyone?
The Southport Corridor bar, 1344 W. Newport Ave., is hosting a customer appreciation party from 6 p.m. to midnight on Saturday. A hosted reception will take place from 7 to 8 p.m.
In addition to complimentary tastings and a selection of $4 beers, cocktails and shots, the bar is also giving away a Goose Island bicycle, neon signs, Chicago Bulls tickets, brewery tour tickets, hats, T-shirts and mugs.
The bar's current owners have been at the helm for three years, although Newport Bar and Grill has been around since the 1980s.
