CHICAGO— Presidio restaurant and craft cocktail lounge set to open in Bucktown next month has announced an executive chef, according to a news release.

Shaun Connolly, who has also worked at other Chicago restaurants including Chicago Cut, Moto and Nightwood, has been brought on board to create a "season-driven menu."

Connolly's menu at Presidio, 1749 N. Damen Ave., will vary based on in-season ingredients. Regular menu items will include Great Lakes region fish bites, house-made pastas and rabbit confit salad.

Connolly's addition to the restaurant will complement the drink menu being prepared by Alex Renshaw and Brian Sturgulewski.

Owner Patrick Cullen previously worked with Connolly at Rockit Ranch.

"We are excited to be a neighborhood restaurant where guests can enjoy an outstanding mean; as well as place for a group to enjoy cocktails and bites in our bar area," Cullen said.
