CHICAGO — Gunfire wounded at least two people Saturday night, police said.
• Most recently, at 9:37 p.m. Saturday, a 50-year-old man was shot in Humboldt Park.
The man was arguing with the gunman outside in the 800 block of North Trumbull Avenue, according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago police spokeswoman.
The gunman then opened fire before driving off in a black sedan, she said.
It was a domestic-related argument over a woman, Sedevic added.
The victim suffered from a graze wound to his leg. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was treated and released.
No one is in custody, and detectives are investigating.
• Earlier, around 7 p.m., a man, 24, was sitting in a parked car in the 5300 block of West Huron Street in South Austin when a red van pulled up and someone from inside opened fire, Sedevic said.
The victim was taken to Stroger Hospital with a gunshot wound in his chest, Sedevic said. Police did not release his condition, but said he was stable.
Police said the man is a documented gang member.
Three were wounded during the day on Saturday, including a man shot outside a South Side Walgreens.
