FDNY:

The SUV driver was critically injured after the collision on Graham Avenue in Williamsburg, police said.

A piece of the roof flew into the street and fatally struck Captain Michael Fahy, officials said.

The man touched the third rail at the 75th Street station in Woodhaven Monday morning.

The power was knocked out until about 1:30 p.m., according to an employee of an affected restaurant.

The shooting happened at West 141st Street near Frederick Douglas Boulevard at about 1:50 p.m. 

A fire broke out in the building's basement early Wednesday morning.

The MTA said that 4, 5, 6 trains would run with delays after an unauthorized person was on the tracks.

The fatal incident sparked disruptions along the 1, 2, 3 and 5 lines, officials said.
