The chefs will create a contemporary American menu at the boutique hotel opening Sept. 1.

The Department of Planning and Development set April 7 for the final public meeting on the plan.

Ald. Smith has called for a major new park along the river, but planners laid out no such proposals.

The four-story headquarters for C.H. Robinson should be ready for 1,000 employees by the end of 2018.

The company plans to hire nearly 100 new employees before it moves into the new offices. 

Mayor Rahm Emanuel and McDonald's leaders celebrated the building's groundbreaking Tuesday. 

Calling the project too tall, Friends of Fulton Market hope to stop the Sterling Bay project.     

Sterling Bay will present plans for the 210 N. Carpenter building at a West Loop meeting Wednesday. 

Burnett plans to use Neighborhood Opportunity Fund money to open a new library in the neighborhood.
