With more than 80 percent of the votes reported, Cappleman has won 53.78 percent to Crawford's 46.22.

Crawford is running for alderman in the 46th Ward against incumbent James Cappleman.

James Cappleman and Amy Crawford are back to campaigning in preparation for a runoff April 7.  

Lakeview voters said they showed up with hopes of a mayoral runoff and a change in the 44th ward.

The forum will be held from 2-4 p.m. at Alternatives Inc. at 4730 N. Sheridan Road.
