Hammood Dawoudi was shot multiple times and pronounced dead at Christ Medical Center, officials said.
Most recently, a man was wounded in a Bronzeville shooting, police said.
In South Shore, a 23-year-old man was shot after allegedly pointing a gun at officers, police said.
No injuries were reported during the incident, fire officials said.
The incident happened in South Shore in the 7000 block of South Merrill Street, police said.

Clifton A. Frye, 22, was pronounced dead Thursday at 10:46 p.m., officials said.
The shooting occurred in the 700 block of East 92nd Place, police said.
Lynell L. Simmons, 30, was killed, and two other men were wounded in the shooting.
