The boy seriously wounded when he was walking in the 5900 block of West North Avenue, police said.
The shooting occurred in the 2800 block of South Kostner Avenue, police said.
Someone in a red truck fired shots at the man before driving away, police said.
Robbers approached victims at gas stations and stole cars, phones, cash and credit cards, police said.

Bernadette Glomski, of the 2500 block of West Moffat Street, died on April 15, according to officials.
