By Kelly Bauer | September 26, 2017 7:51am

CHICAGO — Three women were stabbed during a "huge fight" in University Village on Monday night, police said.

At 8:14 p.m., someone flagged down officers who said there was a huge fight in a parking lot in the 1300 block of West Washburne Avenue, police said.

The officers saw 80-100 people in the lot and in front of a home and called for more police cars to help, police said. A woman walked up to them and said she'd been stabbed in her back, and police learned there were two other victims.

One woman, 27, was stabbed in her abdomen and arm and was taken to Stroger Hospital, police said. Her condition was unknown. A 19-year-old woman was stabbed, but it was not immediately known if she was hospitalized or what condition she was in. A 38-year-old woman was stabbed and was taken to a hospital, but it was unknown what hospital she was at or what condition she was in.

The victims said a 41-year-old woman had attacked them, and officers took the woman into custody, police said. Charges were pending.
