CHICAGO — A car crash in Little Italy left one woman dead and two other people injured early Monday, police said.
At 2:30 a.m., officers were called to a crash in the 1000 block of West Roosevelt Road and found an upturned Nissan Altima with "significant" damage from a collision, police said.
A woman, 26, was found dead in the street. Two other people were taken to an area hospital, police said, but their conditions were not immediately available.
The cause of the crash was unknown, police said, an investigation was underway.
