CHICAGO — A 17-year-old was shot and wounded in Near West Side on Tuesday, police said.
At 4:45 p.m., the teen was riding a bike in the 2300 block of West Jackson Boulevard when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.
The teen was hit in his right elbow and he was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
