CHICAGO — A 22-year-old man was shot and killed in University Village early Sunday, police said.
At 2 a.m., the man was standing in the street in the 1000 block of West Maxwell Street when a car pulled up, police said. Two people got out and fired shots at the man.
The man was hit multiple times, police said.
Quenten Anthony Tucker, off the 1300 block of West 14th Street, was pronounced dead at 2:21 a.m., according to Cook County Medical Examiner's Office records. An autopsy showed he died from multiple gunshot wounds in a homicide.
No one was in custody.
