New Two-Day Music Fest, The Great Lawn, Coming To UIC Campus

LITTLE ITALY — A two-day outdoor music fest featuring folk-rock and bluegrass is coming to the UIC campus this summer.

Tickets go on sale Friday for "The Great Lawn" fest at Harrison Field, which is on Harrison and Halsted streets on the University of Illinois at Chicago campus.

Passes cost $60 for one day and $110 for two. They go on sale at 10 a.m.

July 22 (starting at 3:30 p.m.):

Houndmouth

Shovels & Rope

Hard Working Americans

The Lil Smokies

July 23 (2 p.m.):

Greensky Bluegrass

Dr. Dog

Joshua Davis Trio

Horsehoes and Hand Grenades

The event is open to those 17 and older. Children can attend with adults.
