CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man was shot and wounded in Little Village on Saturday night, police said.
At 10 p.m., athe man was walking on the sidewalk in the 2700 block of South Komensky Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.
The man was hit in his left arm and he took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.
The man was a documented gang member, a police source said, and he was uncooperative with officers.
No one was in custody.
