CHICAGO — Shootings have killed two people and wounded nine since Saturday, police said.

• At 5:55 a.m. Sunday, a 42-year-old man was shot to death in Lincoln Square.

• At 5:03 p.m. Saturday, an 18-year-old man was shot and killed in Auburn Gresham.

In non-fatal shootings:

• At 1:50 a.m. Sunday, an 18-year-old man was shot in Little Village.

• At 1:45 a.m., a 22-year-old man was shot in Garfield Park, police said. The man was walking out of a store in the 2700 block of West Madison Street when three men walked up to him and one of them took out a gun and fired shots.

The man was hit three times in his chest and taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 11:59 p.m. Saturday, a 29-year-old man was shot in Austin, police said. The man was driving in the 4700 block of West Harrison Street when he stopped at a red light and someone in a blue car fired shots at him.

The man was hit in his head and took himself to Loretto Hospital in serious condition, police said. He was later taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

• At 12:40 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in Grand Boulevard, police said. The man was sitting in a car in the 4800 block of South Langley Avenue when another car pulled up and a man got out of it and fired shots.

The victim tried to run away into a building in the 4900 block of South Langley Avenue, but the shooter followed the man into the lobby and shot the victim several times before running away, police said.

The victim was hit in his face, right arm and right hip and was taken to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition, police said.

The man was a documented gang member, a police source said.

• At 11:22 p.m., a 24-year-old woman was wounded in a shooting in Archer Heights, police said. The woman was a passenger in a car driving in the 5100 block of South Kostner Avenue when she heard shots and felt pain.

The woman's left shoulder was grazed by a bullet and she took herself to Holy Cross Hospital, where her condition was not available but she was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 10:41 p.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in Roseland, police said. The man was standing on the sidewalk in the 11100 block of South Union Avenue when a man walked up to him and fired shots.

The victim was hit in his neck and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 8:51 p.m., a 23-year-old man was wounded by a shooting in North Lawndale, police said. The man was standing on the sidewalk in the 1300 block of South Harding Avenue when someone in a dark-colored car fired shots.

The man's right hand was grazed by a bullet and he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.

• At 5:26 p.m., a 36-year-old woman and 30-year-old man were shot in Austin, police said. The two were in the 4700 block of West Erie Street when someone walked up to them and fired shots.

The man was hit in his groin and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, police said. The woman was hit in her buttocks and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

No one was in custody in these shootings.
