NORTH CENTER — From hiking fees on ride share services to nixing the city's amusement tax on tickets sold at mid-sized venue, Mayor Rahm Emanuel's proposed 2018 budget includes line items that will be felt by every resident of Chicago.

Learn more about the budget and offer feedback on the mayor's plan at a pair of upcoming town halls hosted by Ald. Ameya Pawar (47th).

The sessions are scheduled for:

• Nov. 9, 12:30 p.m., North Center Senior Satellite Center, 4040 N. Oakley Ave.

• Nov. 16, 7 p.m., All Saints Episcopal Church, 1757 W. Wilson Ave.
