OLD IRVING PARK — Is any publicity good publicity?

Old Irving Park has been a popular filming location for television shows including "Chicago P.D." and "A.P.B." — Eris Brewery and Cider House still bears the latter's "Police Station" signage.

On Monday, "Chicago Fire" crews will set up camp in the 3800 block of North Keeler Avenue where a home has been "cast" as a "crackhouse," according to the permit filed with the City of Chicago.

While the role doesn't portray the neighborhood in the most positive light, many an actor and actress has won an award for going "ugly." See you at the Emmys North Keeler.
