Pilsen Shooting Wounds Man, 30, After Argument

CHICAGO — A shooting in Pilsen wounded a 30-year-old man early Sunday, police said.

At 2:50 a.m., the victim was getting out of a car in an alley in the 1500 block of West 18th Street when he got into an argument with a man, police said. The man took out a gun and shot the victim.

The victim was hit in his right leg and taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, police said.

The victim was a documented gang member, a police source said.

No one was in custody.
