WEST LOOP — Beatrix will opening its third Chicago location in Fulton Market this spring, officials announced Friday.
The restaurant, at 834 W. Fulton Market, will be Lettuce Entertain You’s first restaurant in the West Loop, a representative for the restaurant group said.
Beatrix West Loop will include both Bea’s Market and Beatrix, featuring a coffee bar, housemade pastries and healthy specials. The West Loop location will also feature an outdoor patio and new brunch and bakery selections.
Beatrix will be located in the Punch Bowl Social development on Fulton Market, which was initially planned as a Brooklyn Bowl. A Kuma's Corner location is planned next door to Beatrix at 832 W. Fulton Market.
The Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises restaurant concept was created by founder Rich Melman, Marc Jacobs, the restaurant group's executive partner and president and chef partners John Chiakulas, Rita Dever and Susan Weaver.
Beatrix and Bea’s Market West Loop will be open seven days a week for brunch, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
