At 11:12 a.m., the man robbed Byline Bank at 2201 W. Cermak Road, according to the FBI. Chicago Police said the man walked into the bank, gave a note to a teller and was given money. The man then escaped.
The man is thought to have been involved in three other bank robberies, according to the FBI. Those robberies occurred:

• 12:49 p.m. Dec. 15 at PNC Bank, 3337 W. North Ave.
The man was white, in his 30s, 5-foot-3 to 5-foot-6, thin and and had blue eyes, the FBI said. He wore an olive-green-colored winter coat, gray hooded sweatshirt, jeans and tan tennis shoes during one of the robberies.
Anyone with information about the robberies is asked to call the FBI at 312-421-6700.
