LOGAN SQUARE — Parson's Chicken & Fish, known for its negroni slushies, fried chicken and cool vibes, is getting bigger.

A spokeswoman for Land and Sea Dept., the company that manages the trendy eatery/bar at 2952 W. Armitage Ave., confirmed that a 2017 expansion is in works.

According to Eater, which was first to break the news, the expansion means a new bar, kitchen and more exterior seating.

It's not the first addition for Parson's. The restaurant added two canopies in 2014, which allowed for more seating.

More details on the latest expansion will be released in the coming weeks, the spokeswoman said.

In the meantime, check out the restaurant's new Wednesday night wing special, which includes a pound of wings ($8), a pitcher of Hopewell beer ($15) and old-school wrestling after 10 p.m.
