LINCOLN SQUARE — Got a baseball-sized hole in your schedule now that the World Series has wrapped up?

Here are a few ideas for fun things to do this weekend.

• A new First Fridays ArtsHop debuts tonight at 5 p.m. and runs through 8 p.m. Visit participating artist studios, venues and retailers in Lincoln Square and Ravenswood to enjoy music, poetry readings, dancing and more. Wine and appetizers will be served at select stops. Click here for the list of destinations on the inaugural ArtsHop.

• Best cure for a Cubs hangover? Hair of the dog. Join Northcenter Neighborhood Association's annual pub crawl Friday. First stop: Dovetail Brewery, 6 p.m., 1800 W. Belle Plaine Ave.

Empirical Brewery is celebrating its taproom's first anniversary. Swing by Friday and Saturday, noon to 11 p.m., for tappings of reserve and barrel-aged brews, food trucks, music and more, 1801 W. Foster Ave.

Band of Bohemia just nabbed a Michelin star. Dinner reservations might be hard to come by, so try the brewpub's bar food or weekend brunch, 4710 N. Ravenswood Ave.

• Now that the World Series is over, there's no distraction from Tuesday's pending election. Author Billy O'Keefe offers his humorous take on the proceedings, reading from his new book "These Are My Friends On Politics," 6 p.m. Saturday at the Book Cellar, 4736 N. Lincoln Ave.

• Go crunch some leaves. Fall color is amazing in the neighborhood's parks.
