By Kelly Bauer | October 25, 2016 2:12pm

CHICAGO — A fire in Heart of Chicago injured two people on Tuesday, officials said.

The fire began about 12:20 p.m. in the 2000 block of West Cermak Road, said Larry Langford, a Chicago Fire Department spokesman. The fire began in a one-story restaurant and spread throughout the building.

Two people were taken to a hospital in good condition for smoke inhalation, Langford said, and the fire was put out.
