PILSEN — A new video shows a man opening fire on a passing car in Pilsen moments before realizing he was actually shooting at someone he knew.

The surveillance video, taken near 19th Street early Saturday, according to the poster, was originally uploaded to YouTube and Reddit.

The video has since been made private.

In the one-minute video, a man can be seen pointing a gun at a passing vehicle, firing twice.

Some commotion ensues, and the gunman asks, "What's up? Huh? Who is that?" After realizing he just shot at his acquaintances or friends, the gunman then yells out, “Aw man, my bad dawg!”

"My landlord pulled the video from his security system and we couldn't believe it," the Pilsen resident wrote on the Reddit thread.

The video has been viewed more than 32,000 times on YouTube.

"We all make mistakes, but some people make dumber ones," the video poster wrote on YouTube.

Police said they couldn't immediately locate any report on the incident shown on the video.
