Pilsen Shooting Wounds Man, 20; Might Be Self-Inflicted, Police Say

CHICAGO — A shooting in Pilsen left a 20-year-old man wounded early Thursday, police said.

At 2:38 a.m., the man was walking down the street in the 1900 block of South Racine Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.

The man was hit in his foot and was taken to UIC Hospital, where he was in good condition, police said.

The shooting was possibly self-inflicted, police said.

No one was in custody.
