FULTON MARKET — Chefs Stephanie Izard and Paul Kahan promise tons of fantastic food and beer at the first-ever Fulton Market Harvest Fest on Sunday.

The all-day festival will take over a stretch of Fulton Market from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday, highlighting the neighborhood's culinary talents with live cooking demonstrations and food and drink from the restaurants across the West Loop.

Pre-sale tickets to the fest are still on sale for $25. Tickets include $20 in food and drink tickets, a custom glass beer stein, live musical performances from bands including JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound and admission into the festival grounds.

Food and drink tickets will also be available the day of the festival. Attendees who did not buy pre-sale tickets will be asked to give an optional $10 donation upon entering the fest. The donation benefits Pilot Light, Kahan's non-profit that aims to teach kids about food and nutrition through hands-on, chef-led lessons.

Participating West Loop/Fulton Market restaurants include Izard's Girl & the Goat and Duck Duck Goat, Kahan's Publican Quality Meats, Au Cheval, The Betty, El Ché Bar, Haymarket, bellyQ, Bar Siena, Green Street Smoked Meats and more.

Goose Island, Boulevard Brewing Company, Bell’s, Founders Brewing and Virtue Cider will also be serving their best brews at the fest.

Chefs Edward Lee of Louisville’s 610 Magnolia, Sarah Gruenberg of Monteverde, Izard and Kahan will also host live chef demonstrations at the fest.

The street fest is sponsored by Lakeshore Beverage.
