STREETERVILLE — You won't throw away your (flu) shot after watching this "Hamilton"-themed promo.
Physicians and staff at Northwestern Children's Practice, 680 N. Lake Shore Drive, donned powdered wigs and frilly garb to promote the flu shots they'll be injecting beginning Oct. 3.
You may remember the medical practice for its "Game of Thrones"-themed video a year ago. Now, it's capitalizing on "Hamilton's" smash hit success as Dr. Scott Goldstein aka "Alabaster Fluminton" and Co. rap about getting vaccinated. The hip hopera made its Chicago debut Tuesday.
"You know what's obscene? Not getting a flu vaccine," one staffer rhymes.
The flu shots will arrive as the seasons change in Chicago, resulting in more colds and fevers. But even if you're already vaccinated, watching the video above is worth a shot.
