LITTLE VILLAGE — Two men and two women were shot in Little Village between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, police said.

Most recently, at 1:35 a.m. Sunday, two women were walking on the sidewalk in the 3000 block of South St. Louis Avenue when they heard gunshots and felt pain, according to a police incident report.

One woman, 22, was shot in her right foot, police said. The other woman, 31, was shot in her right calf.

Both women were brought to Mount Sinai Hospital, where they were considered "stable," police said.

At 12:50 a.m. Sunday, a 23-year-old man was standing on the sidewalk in the 2800 block of West 25th Place when he heard gunshots and felt pain, police said.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital after being shot in his buttocks, police said. Police could not provide his condition but said he was "stable."

At 6:15 p.m. Saturday, a 35-year-old man was driving west on 31st Street near Hamlin Avenue when he heard gunshots and realized he'd been shot in his right shoulder, according to Officer Hector Alfaro, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man drove to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was considered "stable," Alfaro said.

Police said the man is a documented gang member.
