LITTLE VILLAGE — A 17-year-old was hurt in a drive-by shooting in Little Village early Wednesday morning, police said.

At 12:17 a.m., the teen was standing on the corner of 24th Street and Sacramento Avenue when a dark-colored van pulled up and someone inside shot at him, according to a police incident report.

The teen was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition with a gunshot wound in his leg, police said.

Police said the teen is a documented gang member.

No one is in custody, police said.
