LINCOLN SQUARE — Here's just one more reason to look forward to the weekend: Oromo Cafe has announced its soft opening for Friday and grand opening for Saturday.

Swing by the cafe, 4703 N. Lincoln Ave., from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday for a craft latte and one of chef Corey Joseph's unique pastries. Owner Cenk Duman is teasing surprises for patrons (hint: discounts).

On Saturday, hours will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

"Super foods" like maca, along with nuts and fruits — all organic — will figure heavily in Oromo's food and drinks.
