WICKER PARK — This weekend, a sidewalk sale offering discounts at various retailers, live music, a free fitness class and complimentary bites courtesy of Taus Authentic is happening on Division Street.
Between Ashland Avenue to the east and Leavitt Street to the west, the Division Street sidewalk sale hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Before the event, there will be a free fitness class led by Comfy Fitness from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m at Gomez Shell gas station, 1950 W Division St.
That group class will be followed by DJ/Drummer - Dance Loud, who will perform in the gas station's parking lot from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Division Street Summer Sidewalk Sales participants include Unison, 1911 W. Division St.; Doggy Style Pet Shop, 2023 W. Division St., Wicker Park Athletic Club, 1635 W. Division St. and Taus Authentic, 1846 W. Division St. and more.
Taus Authentic will offer "very tasty bites at select locations" throughout the sales, according to an event description.
The sale is the third in a series produced by the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce and Special Service Area No. 33, which organized two other summer sidewalk sales on its main streets earlier this season.
