UPTOWN AND ANDERSONVILLE — From thrift sales to movies in the park, there's plenty going on in the neighborhoods this weekend. 

Here are our Top Ten picks of things happening in Uptown and Andersonville this weekend:

Watch "The Mask of Zorro" in the park: The Buttercup Park Advisory Council will show the 1940 film "The Mask of Zorro" on the lawn of Buttercup Park Friday. Dusk. Buttercup Park, 4901 N. Sheridan Road. Free.

Sound Da Alarm Festival: Kuumba Lynx is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a five-day Hip-Hop Theater Arts Festival at Clarendon Park. Friday's entertainment includes performances of "After Midnight" and "CORE." The full schedule is online. Various times. 4501 N. Clarendon Ave. 

Friends of Bezazian Book Sale: Looking to bolster your personal library? The Bezazian branch of the Chicago Public Library is selling "practically free books" of all types for all ages Saturday. 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. 1227 W. Ainslie St.

Courtenayfest: Courtenay Elementary School will host its annual family festival Saturday. Activities include music, pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, an ice cream bar and a dunk tank with Principal Macquline King and security guard Thomas Boyle. Noon-4 p.m. Saturday. 4420 N. Beacon St.

Graceland Cemetery Tour: Patrick Butler, president of the Ravenswood-Lake View Historical Association, will lead a Valley of the Kings tour through Graceland Cemetery. 2-4 p.m. Saturday. 4001 N. Clark St., $10 per person, $8 for association members.

Block Club Sidewalk Sales: The Carmen-Winona Block Club and the Winona Foster Carmen Winnemac Block Club are hosting sidewalk sales this weekend. From 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, vendors will take over Winona Street and Carmen Avenue between Sheridan Road and Marine Drive. From 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, sellers will line up on Foster Avenue and Winnemac Avenue from Broadway to Ashland Avenue.

Backlot Bash 2016: Andersonville's Backlot Bash, "the most attended women's festival," is ready to get the Pride party started this weekend. On Saturday, Whitney Mixter and Sada Bettencourt of Showtime's "The Real L Word" will host Girls Night Out at Seven Lounge. On Sunday, Backlot Bash will host a wine tasting at Himmel's. 9 p.m. Saturday at Seven Lounge, 3206 N. Halsted St. $7. Noon-3 p.m. Sunday. Himmel's, 2251 W. Lawrence Ave. $35.

Vintage Car Garage: The all-vintage market will host a special Father's Day sale Sunday featuring vinyl, stereo and musical gear. The market includes more than 100 vendors and some classic cars in the parking garage at 5051 N. Broadway. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, 5051 N. Broadway. $5 entry fee.

Celebrate Father's Day: Kanela's Breakfast Club, 5413 N. Clark St. will offer free Loukomades to all dads with any purchase Sunday. Andie's Restaurant, 1467 W. Montrose Ave., will pick up dad's tab Sunday. Cantina 1910, 5025 N. Clark St., will have free blueberry masa muffins for dads during Sunday brunch 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. 

Check Out a New Restaurant: New cafe Goddess and Grocer, serving up cold brew coffee on tap and coffee-infused cocktails, opened in Andersonville Tuesday. Open 8 a.m.-8 p.m., 5318 N. Clark St.
