CHICAGO — A man tried to drag a woman into his car in Ravenswood on Thursday, police said.
At 5:10 p.m., the woman was in the 2000 block of West Wilson when a man in a red, four-door car parked, walked up to the woman and grabbed her arm, according to a Chicago Police community alert. The man tried to pull the woman into the car, but she hit him and ran away.
The man was described as Hispanic, 30 to 38 years old, 5-foot-7 and 200 pounds, police said. He had brown eyes, black hair and a light complexion.
