HYDE PARK — Marshalls will open in Hyde Park on May 19, the company announced Tuesday.
The clothing company will be the first retail store to open City Hyde Park, 5102 S. Lake Park Ave., which is also expected to open a Whole Foods and Michaels later this year.
“The new Hyde Park store will be stocked weekly with a new, fresh assortment of the brand name and designer merchandise that our shoppers love,” Richard Sherr, president of Marshalls, said in the announcement.
“Our buyers are fashion experts with a keen sense of style and are passionate about finding the most coveted merchandise for our shoppers for so much less.”
The store will be 26,000 square feet and will be open from 9:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sundays.
