CHICAGO — Persona Wood Fired Pizzeria, a California chain, will open downtown this summer.
Entrepreneur and Kenwood resident Greg Dunn is bringing the franchise to Chicago. He locked in the new location at 170 W. Washington St. over the weekend.
"We are excited about introducing build-your-own-pizza to the loop," Dunn said in a statement.
"World-class Neapolitan pizzas and creative salads featuring fresh, award-winning ingredients — many made in-house — are sure to be a hit with the world-class professionals working in downtown Chicago. Having those pizzas bake in just 90 seconds will make this the perfect lunchtime or dinner-on-the-go option for lovers of great pizza."
