CHICAGO — Duck Duck Goat will open this week, said chef Stephanie Izard.

Duck Duck Goat, 857 W. Fulton Market, will serve authentic Chinese food inspired by Izard's trips to China. It will open on Thursday, according to a video Izard posted on Instagram accompanied by the caption, "The time for noodles is now!"

"So instead of taking a flavor here or a noodle there, [Duck Duck Goat will] have food you might actually find in China," Izard said in February 2015.

Those seeking to make reservations at Duck Duck Goat should call 312-902-3825. The restaurant is the latest in Izard's string of popular eateries, including the popular Girl and the Goat and Little Goat.
