CHICAGO — A "VOTE TRUMP" billboard has gone up on the Near West Side days after a similar sign was removed due to vandalism.
A matching billboard was put up earlier this week near Lake and Ogden, but it was covered by graffiti within days. People crossed out presidential candidate Donald Trump's name and scribbled "VOTE 4 BERNIE!" after a comedian posted a message on Facebook where he called attention to the billboard and told Chicago artists, "You know what needs to be done."
Later, the Bernie Sanders graffiti was covered up by a message that said "F--K TRUMP," and the billboard was taken down.

On Friday morning, the day of Trump's planned rally at UIC Pavilion, another "VOTE TRUMP" billboard went up at the same spot as the first, though it now faces a different direction, sources told DNAinfo Chicago.
As of 1 p.m., the new billboard had yet to be vandalized.
