WEST LOOP — After three months in business, FoxTrot's West Loop store will soon start serving Bow Truss coffee.

The new Foxtrot coffee bar, 1019 W. Lake St., will open Monday, confirmed Crystal Tao, company spokeswoman. Foxtrot blends on-demand mobile orderings with brick-and-mortar stores.

The menu will include espresso drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes and Americanos; coffee in batch brew, pour over and cold brew varieties; teas; chai; and hot chocolate. FoxTrot will also serve up fresh pastries from Lakeview-based GingerSnap Sweets.

The coffee bar will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Foxtrot, which sells and delivers alcohol, food and gifts in less than an hour, opened a West Loop flagship store in November.

Launched in 2013, the company opened its first location in Lincoln Park in January 2015.

With eight coffee shops, Bow Truss Coffee Roasters is now the biggest independent coffee chain in the city.

The free Foxtrot delivery app is available in Chicago for iPhone and Android. Delivery is $5.
