ARMOUR SQUARE — White Sox tickets go on sale Wednesday — and the South Side ballclub clearly wants you to be pumped up.
The team has released a video reminder that neighborhood folks from all over the city will soon be able to buy seats for the upcoming season.
"For true Chicagoans, the White Sox are part of our DNA," a voiceover says in the video. "From Hyde Park to Park Ridge, we wear our hearts on our pinstriped jersey sleeves."
Take a look at the ad for yourself. You might see some familiar monuments and faces, like Sam Colonna, one of the South Side's famed boxing coaches:
