Robbers Strike Three Times in 1-1/2 Hours in West Loop, West Town

NEAR WEST SIDE — A group of men committed three separate robberies within 1½ hours Jan. 16 in the West Loop and West Town, Chicago Police said.

The incidents occurred:

• About 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of North Green Street

• About 8:30 p.m. in the 600 block of North Peoria Street

• About 9 p.m. in the 400 block of North Green Street

The robbers are described as two or three black men ages 18-20 years and weighing 150-170 pounds. They might have been driving an older SUV, police said.
