LINCOLN PARK — A developer will pitch neighbors on a 50-foot-tall residential development at an upcoming community meeting.

The meeting is set for Thursday at Prescott Elementary School, 1632 W. Wrightwood Ave., and will begin at 6 p.m., according to Ald. Scott Waguespack's 32nd ward office.

There, neighbors will hear about the development proposal for 1730 W. Wrightwood Ave., a site formerly occupied by wholesale retailer Tag Outlet.

The developer is seeking a zoning change to build a 50-foot-tall building with 30 condos and 60 apartment units, as well as 90 off-street parking spaces.

Pappageorge Haymes Partners is listed as the architect for the project.
