WEST LOOP — Want to go on a "fantastic voyage" this Halloween?

Grammy-award winning rapper Coolio, known for his signature braids and penning "Gangsta's Paradise," will perform at a Day of the Dead-themed party at Carnivale Friday night in the West Loop.

Tickets, now on sale online for $49, include drinks, live DJ performances, a photo booth, palm and tarot card readers and more fun. After $49 tickets sell out, general admission tickets will be $75. For $150, you can meet Coolio, too.

Coolio's trip to Chicago comes as he is celebrating the 20th anniversary of "Gangsta's Paradise."

The party, hosted by Stephen Lee and Genuine Chicago, kicks off at 9 p.m. at 702 W. Fulton Market. Proceeds benefit charities on the ChariPick mobile app.
