RAVENSWOOD MANOR — You still have a couple of weeks to agonize over your Halloween costume — superhero or pop culture meme? — but deciding where to do your trick or treating just got a whole lot easier.

The Manor claimed the No. 1 spot in real estate website Zillow's annual ranking of Chicago's best neighborhoods in terms of nabbing the most candy in the fastest amount of time in the safest area.
The residential enclave, a bona fide historic district, is bounded by the Chicago River, Lawrence, Montrose and Sacramento avenues.
Last year's top 'hood, Roscoe Village, slipped to No. 2, followed by Sheffield Neighbors, Sauganash and North Mayfair.
Zillow's rankings are based on median home value, housing density, crime rates and population age.
