CHICAGO — A 25-year-old man is dead after being found with a stab wound in Little Village Saturday morning, according to police.
At 10:23 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a call in the 3500 block of West 24th Street and found a man lying on the ground, unresponsive, according to Officer Nicole Trainor, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
He had a stab wound to his chest and was pronounced dead at the scene, Trainor said.
Anthony Galvan, of the 2700 block of South Hamlin Avenue, was pronounced dead at 10:55 a.m., according to Cook County Medical Examiner's records. His death was ruled a homicide.
No one is in custody and the investigation is ongoing, Trainor said.
