Lincoln Park Zoo Releases New Photos of Growing Red Panda Cubs

CHICAGO — Two tiny red panda cubs are still living behind-the-scenes of the Lincoln Park Zoo, but new photos of the brother and sister were released Tuesday.

Clark and Addison were born in late June, and were the first red panda cubs born in the zoo's 147-year history.

Tuesday, photos showed the two-month-old cubs getting their second vet check-up.

Since their first check-up July 10, female Addison tripled in size, while male Clark doubled, the zoo wrote on its website.

A video posted to YouTube just days after the cubs' birth showed them in their behind-the-scenes den, where they will live with mother Leafa until their public debut.

Father Phoenix will remain on public display at the zoo.
