LITTLE VILLAGE — A 35-year-old man was shot in his leg in Little Village Sunday evening, police said.

Around 8:30 p.m., the man was walking in the 2400 block of South Washtenaw Avenue when a car pulled up and someone inside fired shots before driving away westbound, according to Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, Pacheco said.
