CHICAGO — Sun's out, so you should be, too!

1. Soak Up The Sounds Of Live Music ‘On The Plaza’: Stop by the area just under the Loyola Red Line Station in Rogers Park to treat your ears to the sounds of John Seitz as they soothe the soul during Loyola University's “Summer on the Plaza” mini concert series. Loyola Red Line, 6550 N. Sheridan Rd., 4-6 p.m., Free.

2. Eat Shrimp By the River For Dinner: It's too nice out to cook inside. Instead, head over to Calumet Fisheries and pick up some their amazing smoked shrimp to share. We also would not discourage picking up a blanket and some beer (shhh) and making a picnic out of it in nearby Calumet Park. Open until 9:45 p.m. Wednesdays, 3259 E. 95th St.

3. Watch Indie Film Under The Stars: Watch indie film, “Peoples Places Things,” starring Jemaine Clement of “Fights of the Conchords” on the roof of the Lincoln Park Whole Foods with a free drink in hand courtesy of KOVAL Distillery. There will also be free snacks, Revolution Brewing Co. beers and live music by The Aunteaks. Get to the grocer, 1550 N. Kingsbury St., at 6 p.m. for drinks and snacks. At 7:30 p.m., there will be live music. The movie begins at 8:15 p.m. The event is hosted by Lincoln Park neighborhood group RANCH Triangle. Tickets are $15, benefit youth art programs and can be bought online.

4. Bring the Kids Out for a Movie in the Park: Pack up the snacks and grab your blankets for "The Princess and the Frog" at Brancho Billy Park, 4437 N. Magnolia Ave. The movies begins at dusk and runs 98 minutes. Free.

5. Play Bingo Outside: Veggie Bingo returns to The Hideout tonight. Eat free hot dogs from Hot Doug (yes, that Hot Doug) and get a bingo to win a farmers market bounty and other sweet prizes. The bar cranks the speakers outside, so play from a picnic table in front. Starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Hideout, 1354 W. Wabansia, Bingo Cards are $4 each, 3 for $10.
