CHICAGO — Hales Franciscan High School students will get a financial boost in the form of a charity golf outing.
Proceeds from Hales in the Swing, the golf outing, will go toward scholarships for students at the high school. Hales Franciscan has faced financial troubles in recent months and nearly closed.
Registration for groups of four people is $500 or registration is $150 per person. The cost covers golf fees, lunch, an open bar, an awards dinner and more.
Registration and lunch are 11:30 a.m. and shotgun is 1 p.m. Sept. 4 at the University Park Golf Course, 23520 Crawford Ave. in University Park.
